Hey. I'm Lauren. What's up. I'm in a 6th grade cadet band. Percussion. I hate it. I'm good, but I hate it. It's not that I don't like the room or anything, I just hate the teacher. And the morons in the same section as I am. My mom says I can't quit until next year. I want to right now, though. Meh.
A true, but short story about me myself, we follow 11-year-old Lauren in her own point of view in a normal day's band class that she loved last year, but now dislikes. Will she get past days like this?
