How do you tell if someone is gay? Well some people have the special ability to use what is called a gaydar, which can pinpoint signs or mannerisms that can determine if another is in fact gay. My name is Mason Lux, and I'm the 'gay best friend' of the queen bee of high school, Gabriella Grace, aka Gabby. Along with our other best friend Emily, we are called the GEM(s), the s is silent. This is a story about my OCs! It features seven main characters, all teenagers representing one piece of my personality and a struggle that I dealt with in life. They deal with mental health, school, jobs, and many other struggles, like the death of Daniel, three of the characters father. The characters represent my fears as well. Things that could've happened in the past or things that could still happen. Each character has very different problems they experience and different ways they deal with grief and they all are very unique despite all being based off of one person.
