This is based in season 1 and starts in episode 12. The episode that Caitlin takes Barry out for a drink. Barry does meet Linda in that episode so let's say that she just didn't go to that bar so Barry doesn't meet her. Also Cisco does free heartley but as soon heartley gets out of Star labs he beats up Cisco and while Cisco falls on the ground it conveniently breaks the frequency remote.
Also the two main changes with Linda and Cisco's vibrational remote make a bunch of little changes that are very important to the story.

Story: both Barry and cait thinks that it will just be a normal drink and they're both looking for a relation ship but are starting to find out that they have feelings for each other.
