But her rich foster parents refuse to let her move on to another family though they hate her and when Rae is expelled for the fifth time, to her surprise, she's sent to a prestigious school filled with arrogant, rich spoilt brats.
It's like sending a wolf into a pen of rabbits and Rae figures she won't last the week. But no matter the kind of trouble she causes, she isn't expelled or threatened with expulsion, confusing her.
But the arrival of a dangerous gang in town puts Rae's school squabbles to the side. They know something about Rae's past that puts more than just her reputation in danger.
