The Hell We Live In

Following many traumatic events, Tails as an adult as well as his friends start to tread on thin ice. He has not only endured the most messed up things growing up, but he has also done some horrible things whether it was for good intentions or not. With this revelation in mind, things start to happen between the Freedom Fighters. Everyone is hurting each other and themselves, whether they wanted this or not. They could never have avoided this outcome. They are no longer fucking kids, and they know it.Complete

The Sonic gang is going on a trip to another place called Sycora City, a 2 day trip from Green Hills. Shadow is driving because why not. Sonic is next to him in the passenger seat, bugging Shadow while he drives. Amy is with Sticks, trying to teach her how to act more ladylike and to stop being paranoid. Silver and Blaze and snoozing in the middle seats of the van next to Amy and Sticks. Knuckles and Rouge are sitting in the back. Rouge is teasing Knuckles and Knuckles is annoyed, looking out the window and trying to ignore her. Shadow-rin and Tails are sitting next to them. Tails is sitting next to the window and sleeping. Shadow-rin is sitting next to him and has her headphones in, drawing in her sketchbook. Their road trip was meant to be a fun and enjoyable time to just hang out. But on the first night, they stop to stay over in a hotel in a secluded area. The place was practically empty, and they were the only people there apart from the owner, an old man. The place was dark and old, but the room they booked was more better kept, minus the dust. At night, Shadow-rin and Tails hear something, making them look around the dark halls in the middle of the night to investigate. The owner is hiding something, but they don't know what. And they don't want to find out. SHIPS; Sonadow (Sonic x Shadow) Silaze (Silver x Blaze) Knuxouge (Knuckles x Rouge) Tailsrin (Tails x Shadow-rin/OC) These are my personally preferred ships, so please don't judge or hate. When Sonic and Shadow decide to go Sonadow on everyone, Eggman becomes jealous of the attention Sonic no longer has for battling Badnicks and mechs. With hopes to divert Sonic's interest away from having a boyfriend, Eggman hatches an impressively evil plan to get rid of Shadow. β I did the drawing with intentions to make a ridiculous yet disappearing cover. I felt kind of bad making Sonic look so sad but not bad in a bad way. Hope that made sense. Boom Sonic is my favorite Sonic to draw by far.
