Hazel can control the water, that's her power. Liam can fly. There aren't a lot of people that are capable of doing those things anymore. That's because they are being hunted. Hazel and Liam join together to put a stop to it all; but when things become dicey between the two of them, they have to figure out a way to still save hundreds of people without tearing each other to bits first.
