The Black and Red Dragon
The Blackfyres and Targaryens have fought many times against each other for the Iron Throne. Maelys Blackfyre was the last one to try and conquer the Iron Throne during the War of the Ninepenny Kings. Daemon, his cousin, was also killed by Maelys in order to get control of the Golden Company. Unbeknownst to Maelys, Daemon had a son called Aegon. Aegon fled after seeing his father being murdered and set out to travel among the Free Cities of Essos. After a few years of mercenary work, he settled near Volantis and started a family. Now his daughter, Visenya Blackfyre, is going on a journey that will change Westeros and Essos for generations. ~ I do not own Game of Thrones or any of the characters except my own~ I like to thank bobissocool11 for creating his book 'A Dragon's Flame'. It inspired me to write this story and it may have some overlap with that story. I highly recommend you read his/her story. Lastely, this is my first story ever. I hope you will enjoy it. A fiery girl of sixteen, Nyla is the last member of the Firebearer house. Saved by the kind heart of Lord Eddard Stark when she was only a baby. The Firebearer house is an ancient one, they came to serve at the side of the Targaryens when they fled Old Valeryra and were faithful soldiers and servants to them for centuries. The warriors of the Firebearer house are legendary, some saying they rode on dragons alongside the Targaryens. It was said that a member of the Firebearer house could gain the knowledge and skill of battle from their ancestors through meditation and could sense when a member of the royal family was in danger. A War of Fate and Prophecy
The younger sister of Daenarys Targaryen, Alyssays (Aly) was born at the end of Roberts rebellion, just hours before she and her siblings had to be smuggled out of Dragonstone for fear of their lives and losing their mother in an early birth that kept the small princess sickly throughout most of their childhood. Her brother resented her for the loss of their mother but was fiercely jealous and possessive of her. Dany was her most fervent protector and the only thing she ever defied her brother about was his treatment of Aly. Her childhood had been spent in hiding and fear across the narrow sea, but like Targaryen seers in the past her dreams were full of visions that always came to pass. The one she had been having as long as she could remember were of a boy. Black curls and dark brown eyes that always seemed sad, she knew he was real because as she had grown so had the images, she had seen of him. She knows he is somehow tied to her destiny, but only the game of thrones will reveal how. Expanded description in the first Chapter. This will be a SLOW BURN! The main characters will not meet in person for quite a while but once they do I promise heat. I do write smut so if that not your thing those chapters will be marked.
