After the eventual failure of Apex Cybernetics, Godzilla and Kong both declared a truce finally ending the war started by their ancestors. As far back as 2014, Monarch had been working on a new energy source operation. In Honolulu, Hawaii, they built a power grid made up of three experimental Titan Cell Fusion Reactors. These reactors were powered by the primordial radioactive residue left by Godzilla and other Titans rather than conventional nuclear energy. Monarch quickly discovered that this residue contained incredible amounts of Titan DNA, and the United States would soon be the First Nation to benefit from Titan Energy. However, terror and disaster struck without warning the following year. After a magnitude 9.8 earthquake devastated the area, horrifying tourists and locals, all three reactors malfunctioned and detonated with a powerful shockwave, forcing the project to be relocated. Over 120,000 people were killed and 200,000 were left injured in the unprecedented aftermath. However, this was not the first time Hawaii had experienced a reactor incident. One survivor was Sean Harris who lost his family 15 years ago. Now he was a young adult who happened to be a well respected and high ranked employee in the company, but Sean was still at the reactor area when the tragedy struck, and the shockwave sent him flying. He was lost at sea while suffering from radiation poisoning, but also undergoing a physical molecular mutation that slowly transformed him into a kaiju. When he was a child, he was injected with the DNA of several different Kaiju, in order to create a whole new Kaiju, one that would kill Godzilla indefinitely. Forced to watch his family murdered again and again to give him the motivation while being forced to fight stronger beasts in order to get stronger. This cycle repeated until he was freed, welcomed to a new world, a new life. A life that didn't last. A beast named Shin enveloped the Hybrid, and corrupted his mind, controlling his body. With the help of two figures playing a massive role in his new life, he would gain himself back, though, during their battle, they are sent to another world, one in which they have gained humanoid bodies, and an army of new threats. Unknown to both creatures, they launched their attacks towards Izuku and his mother, but with only one of them dying they take notice of how the boy was able to withstand their power. In order to make sure that he could actually take their power, Godzilla forces Ghidorah to leave Japan before he essentially kidnaps Izuku away from his home country. He doesn't know what is going on, but if he wants to survive he will have to follow what this ancient creature wants him to do.

In a time of monsters and myths, monarch sets out to discover and defend the world from large creatures they call "the titans". some of the scientisrs are debating which titians are here to protect humantiy, and which titans are here to threaten humanity. Dr jillian and her daughter are capturped by a secret organization who wish to release the titans and take back what is rightfully theirs. Once the titans are awaken, Godzilla,Mothra,Rodan, and the three headed devil,King ghidorah fight in a battle for domimance,leaving humanity in the balance.
