Four years after the destruction of Cyberdyne the defeat of the T-1000 and the sacrifice of the Terminator John and Sarah continue their peaceful lives in new identities in Mexico to remain hidden from the law but that is soon short lived when a T-4000 a magnetic terminator is sent back not only to terminate the Connors but a high school senior Kate Brewster is marked for termination for her role in the resistance but with the help of another reprogramed T-101 protector the brave heroes fight to find the new source of the creation of Skynet and set the Future once and for all the final battle begins
