Have you ever found something? Not something small, I mean, that Gave off a whole other vibe? A mystical vibe? A strange feeling?
Well, that's the exact Feeling Donatello got when he found a strange doll. He had a sort of urge to take the doll home, despite not having a clue of its Origen.
He kept it in his lab, sat on his desk. It did nothing else. That was until..The genius felt something next to him at all times..something watching him. He had a confusion connection to the doll. And got awfully violent if somebody even tried to take it away..
His brothers began getting worried..
And began to investigate..

Rewrite from a minific in my ROTTMNT oneshots and short stories thing. Donatello rummaged through the scrap yard, searching for any possible new parts for Shelldons upgrades. He could hear the distant chatter of his brothers in the turtle tank, his cuff being unmuted in the case of Raph needing him to check in. He couldn't hear much other than the sharp clank of the metal being placed or thrown onto other pieces of metal as he set aside the useless material. He murmured to himself as he did so, listing off what things could be salvageable and what things couldn't as he simultaneously hummed notes to a song he was listening to on his phone when he wasn't murmuring. He danced a bit (or as he liked to call it; "Jammy-Jammed"), mindlessly doing a few moves here and there as he searched. He hadn't noticed the faint footsteps of something approaching his destination over the music and the chatter. Or if he had, he just tuned it out and chalked it up to being his brothers from the comm or an animal. The footsteps grew closer, closer, closer. They became louder, louder, louder. After a trip to the junkyard, Donnie and Mikey unknowingly bring home a small, wooden box. Accidentally opened, the box unleashes a thousand-year-old Demon whose only desire is to feed on the fear of others. Untouched for hundreds of years, the demon left the box and immediately turned his attention to finding the one thing he needed to get in touch with the human world. A host's body. Unfortunately for Donnie, the Demon chooses him for the coming haunting, feeding on the fear and slowly wearing down the young genius. Afraid of what his brothers will think if he complains about his 'nightmares' and 'demon hallucinations', Donnie thinks it best to keep his fears to himself. Without the help of his brothers, will Donnie be able to fight off the Demon? Will the Demon succeed in claiming Donnie's body for himself?
