Not exactly. This story is a rewrite of V3, this time with a different mastermind...
Read along with Kaede and figure out who the mastermind is, hopefully in time to save all of her classmates!

Monokuma was making a new motive until he kinda broke the teleporter, accidentally sending the 16 students to another dimension where monsters live, and a thing call 'vision' exist. Years had passed, and ever since he had moved overseas, Kokichi had made some new friends: Maki and Himiko. Their first high school year only started for them, but the murderous group that was once in America named 'The Despairs' had travelled to Japan, and was followed them was none other than the young detectives Shuichi with his non-biological sibling Tsumugi. They both enrolled in the same high school as Kokichi and his friends and things happened. Now how will this go as Shuichi and Kokichi solve things out while Shuichi's on the road to getting the Despairs to justice?
