Have you ever felt such a strong emotion that it starts to controll your own thoughts and actions? I know I have. This book is a compilation of "poems", as i like to call them, and little short stories I make up completely on my own, which i write on very specific moments.
These "intruders", called feelings, can range from anxiety to calmness. From overbearing thoughts to simple and friendly ideas.
This book will help you understand what it feels like. Maybe you'll relate in a way. Maybe you'll find them intriguing.
The only way to finding out is by reading.

third poem collection. they aren't in any particular order or anything like that, and after 100, there will always be a new one. if you've been here a while, I'm sure you know the drill. now, about the cover. it was a random Thursday, and an old friend and I went to Cottonwood Island Park in PG. this bridge is covered in graffiti and writing, and it has been painted over to cover it up, or boards have been replaced to get rid of it. yet, there's always writing on this bridge. it felt like no matter what, nobody can silence the voices that need to be heard. and I felt that. anyways, please enjoy this chaotic collection of poetry. Do not read if you are easily triggered, unprepared or too squeamish of all things raw and not sugarcoated. If my opinion angers you, for that I will be sorry. But I won't be responsible, nor will I let it affect me. In these chapters, you will read about heartbreak, tragedy, personal reflection and everything in between, and out and beyond. All this will be given either through short 'stories,' recounts or poems, and it also includes some of my favourite quotes, and other things like spells and old, unintentionally poetic text messages. If you decide to carry on and read, I hope you can relate. And I hope, all the more, that you can not because some things will come across as 'upsetting.' But what I do fundamentally hope is that it helps you awaken, open your eyes so you can feel. A look into the mind of a BPD, Anxiety ridden woman. With no identity but her Panic. With my ways it's hard to keep down anything healthy, relationships that don't last but stay with me like my own personal demons. And evil around the corner you'd never see coming. The pain changes you. Trauma changes you. It strips you away from yourself. BPD strips away your identity sometimes I guess this is my way of finding myself again, through writing and reflecting and realizing it is okay to be hurting.
