Janus 'Deceit' Sanders and Remus 'Duke' Sanders have been bestfriends since the split, though Janus acted as the responsible, adult one despite being the same age. Remus had always been vocal about his feelings until Virgil left, calling him too emotional. Janus had always been the one to lock his feelings and emotions away never really showing them. He did this ever since he was a child, wanting to show little weakness and to be strong for the others. These both came with major consequences, Remus often found it difficult to voice his feelings out without getting mad at himself or someone else for how he was feeling. Janus had to find other ways to cope with his feelings, mostly unhealthy. But what happens when these two dorks fall for each other? I'll tell you, mutual pinning and miscommunication, with tons of angst with some hurt/comfort fluff. Through the reveal of Remus, things between the sides have changed. Logan's advice to Thomas has been taken up by Virgil, talking to Patton and learning to grow as a side. All seemed to be going smoothly until Remus tells Roman something not so true ,and with a new dilemma facing Thomas, the sides are busting out the seems of their foundation to try and keep things together. But with a fallout between the repressed and furious feelings eating away at Virgil and Roman, a past that had never seen the light of day, and the wrath of the dark sides ready to break all that was built, the sides have to figure out a way to save all that they have. - #3 on #sanderssides 10-15-19 - I recently got into Sanders Sides and I needed to write a story with Virgil's past ASAP, I hope you enjoy it!Complete

Thomas's Sanity (Thomas Sanders/Sander Side Fan Fic)
Everyone knows that once upon a time Virgil Sanders was a Dark Side of Thomas's personality, he was once known to be Paranoia but he never felt like he belonged anywhere and on either side. Though today he is considered to be a hybrid now; he is a balance of both, he is light and he is dark but thankfully he is no longer an enemy of Thomas or the other Light Sides. Still haunted by his mysterious past Virgil has to keep secrets in order to protect Thomas and the others, hopefully, to never reveal the pain he once endured but the arrival of two dark sides; Janus and Remus causes Virgil to become very wary. Not sure whether to see them as a threat or what they are planning has Virgil on edge. Soon he notices that Thomas is starting to fall closer into darkness and is slowly beginning to weaken and infect his new family. Knowing what will happen if Thomas is completely corrupted, Virgil knows he has to stop whatever is causing this infection even if he must pay the ultimate price.Complete
