Poetry is a way to express one's inner most thoughts and emotions. A single metaphor can contain the meaning of a story and one word can expose our secrets. The power of words is unmatched to anything I have ever seen and so here I am, writing a book of poems to try and convey my feelings through those very small, yet impactful words. I hope you can find comfort in these passages as I do.
