Neko Tozoku was, well, misfortunate. He had been born blind in 1 eye and lost sight in the other when he was 2. On top of that, both of his parents had been murdered in front of him when he was 5. Despite this, he wanted to become a hero. He had a common cat quirk, but with a slight twist. It was a black cat quirk. Neko plans on going to U.A high and becoming a pro. Will he get in? If he does, what will happen?

I do not own My Hero Academia. I only own my oc's and the story's plot. All credit goes to Kohei Horikoshi.  Also there may be blood, violence, and swearing.
