Given up by her father so she can be safe, Allison Rogers was adopted by Mason Thompson and since then she has been in and out of the hospital her family owns. Her father never even liked her and used her for clout. She became friends with Peter Parker, Michelle Jones, and Ned Leeds. One day Flash, her adopted brother, beats up Allison, Captain America stops him. Later they find out that she is Steve's daughter and he tries his best after the Thompsons send her back to the orphanage. Steve adopts Allison and she becomes General America fights against the organization that seperated her from her father in the first place; Hydra.
