This is a Crutchie x Female reader story. This is the Andrew Keenan-Bolger (aka the one from the musical) version of Crutchie. 

Y/n was the first female Manhattan Newsie. She was like a sister to everyone there except Crutchie. Crutchie and Y/n we're the bestest of friends. She joined the Newsies when her parents died in a fire that started while they were at a bar. Everything was going good until the papers got raised from 50¢ to 60¢ and the Newsies went on strike.
