What do you do when your parents get killed when you are 10 and you get send from foster home to foster home? That is something you can ask Hayden about because that is her life. Hayden is now 17 and just moved in with her latest foster parents. She starts in a new school but the school is not normal. But then Hayden isn't normal either. So she should fit right in right? No in a school filled with creatures you only see in movies and read about in books, where what you are or what you can is every thing. And when you almost never speak and your gift/talent is to stop others talents. That is pretty difficult.
And it dons't get easier when the popular guy get an eye on you. Then what are you to do?
