Amara se ha sentido enjaulada toda su vida, confinada en los terrenos de la Casona donde las Hermanas la advertían año tras año sobre los peligros del exterior. Sentía que se asfixiaba entre las mismas paredes y huertas hasta que un día se atreve a desafiar todas las normas. 

Drage viaja con un grupo de mercenarios, recorriendo el reino y escapando de sus responsabilidades. En un golpe de suerte, encuentran a una joven sola y dormida cerca de un lago. Capturarla resulta ser lo más fácil que han hecho hasta ahora.
