He sometimes purposely mess up during his operations when he's handling a patient that is a hero making them paralyzed or in best cases dead. Inspired by Daric Art, Calladraws, Azelma and the tons and tons of villain Deku Au's I've read and watched.

He asks the question he'd been dying to ask, but afraid of knowing the answer nevertheless. The answer crushed him. That was the day he let go of his dreams. Izuku Midoriya, the quirkless loser. That's what he'd always be. No one believed in him anymore. Not even himself. Until... The league of villains offered him acceptance. They told him that he WAS good enough.
