Following the events of the quarantine, Sarah and the other survivors continue to look for a secure location to protect themselves from the virus's lethal danger. The group split into two; Sarah and Mackenzie traveled to Pampanga, while the remaining members stayed on the island and encountered another group of survivors under the leadership of Thea, a police officer.
A radio message from a city that provides protection from the virus was picked up by the two groups. Therefore, the two parties decided to travel to the city. As they did so, they were unaware that the virus would soon provide an even greater threat.All Rights Reserved
