The Stars on the Staircase
The note read simply "My Office. Immediately after dinner." On Monday Professor Snape saved me from falling off a moving staircase. Sparks shot out of our hands where our skin made contact as he pulled me to safety. Over the course of the week I have become obsessed, and uncontrollably aroused thinking of him constantly. I feel his eyes on me. I catch him looking at me. Nothing brings relief from the arousing day dreams churning through my mind since Monday. I fear I've gone completely mad. It's Friday and now I have this note. I know who it's from. This is a reader/Severus Snape story but it's formatted differently. It's written in first person, and I don't use name inserts to keep the reader more immersed. This is romantic mystery that begins before Harry comes to Hogwarts then eventually a time skip to the war and Headmaster Snape. All the characters and locations belong to J.K. Rowling. He stares at me, watching my hands fumble over my buttons and undo each button. I move it off of my shoulders and let it slide to the floor. My bra is the next to go, I undo it and take that off too. Then I untie the jaw string of the joggers, all while watching his reaction. I pull it down and step out of it but not before my shoes and socks. I'm down to my panties, but it only takes me a few seconds to take them off too. Completely bare in front of him, I walk over and turn the shower on. "I'm sorry that I showed up in men's clothes but I will tell you everything." I open the shower curtain and get inside. The water hits me, running down my whole body. "You need to talk to me too. Because the way that you felt when I walked into your office, is how I felt when I saw you scared on the bathroom floor. I make assumptions and lose the bigger picture." "What's the bigger picture?" He asks. "That we're in love with each other." I hold out my hand for him. "Come in here, so I can show you how much I love you." Shawn stares at my hand. He looked so innocent reading his book, almost peaceful. I stopped in the frame, admiring his face. His brows were pulled together in a concentrated manner. His jaw was defined, leading up to his musculine body. I couldn't take my eyes from him until I heard a low chuckle. "Won't you come in?", he asked me, his blue eyes lingering on me with an indescribable look. "Eh yeah of course, sorry, I did not want to interrupt you reading.." "You would never interrupt me", he responded without any doubt in his voice. Unable to say anything else I walked towards him, my knees weak, as well as my self control.
