Imagine a society where the choice between hunger and honour is a fine line tread daily. This is the world that Arlo lives in. If, by the age of 16, you have no considerable skill sets, you are taken away to a concentration camp. In the camps, quality of life is low, mortality rate is high, and many people are sentenced to death. It isn't fair, it isn't right, everyone knows that. But Arlo is determined to put a stop to it. At any cost. The Population Procedure - 'Do what is right. No matter the cost.'
