Matthew and his "almost friends" are paying their dues.At least most of them. Some of them.Okay barely anyone, but who's life is perfect?Well, it only gets worse from where they are, as their reality is going to change drastically. When the margin between fake and real gets too thin for one too handle, are they ready to adapt to the changes?Or will they rebel against them, deny the facts?Well, for this group of teens having a normal life is all they could ask.Is that too much too ask for?Well, life throws and unprecedented answer at them when the science and logic they know, cannot answer certain, *impossible* questions. When the threat becomes real, and the chances get slim, will they mantain control by themselves, or is it easier to function as a team?Who's fault is it and what can they do?Why them? And most importantly, who's responsible? When it all gets too tough for any one of them to handle, they make a small group to react to the unknown threat, all too familiar to some.Someone will take the blame, friendships dont last forever.
"You see, you always overestimate yourself.Thinking that happiness is achievable simply because you desire it.Dont you understand? The rich grow rich, and the poor grow poor.
Matthew and his friends, Brian, Terrence and others have a lot to endure. But, for you there is still one question left unanswered, in the end; does all of this Matter Or Not?

_____
Matthew Chase is a normal 16 year old boy. He gets straight A's, is dating the cheer captain, Tracy Vasquez, is rich, and popular. Oh, he's also gay.
That's right, Matthew Chase is a homosexual. You may be thinking "He has a girlfriend. How can he be gay," and while you have a point, Matthew isn't exactly..... out of the closet yet? Oh, and he's in a forced relationship.
_____
What happens when Matthew's secret gets out to the whole school. Causing Tracy to break up with him, his parents to kick him out, and him to start a life full of drugs and jail. What also happens when Matthew goes to jail after a drug deal goes wrong. Prompting him to be sent to a Juvenile Delinquent Camp for the rest of the year.
Will Matthew get along with his new roommates? And will he take up the camps offer of staying until he turns 18? Presumably the better option for the fact he has nowhere to go?
Or will Matthew fight off everyone, leading him to be kicked out onto the streets, risking him to meet old foes and possibly worse fates.
