A fitting name, not just because she can disappear from plain sight. She can also disappear from memories, records, and even history.
Thanks to her quirk's side effect, Hitori Ruko was forgotten. People could notice her, but never able to recall anything. Those close had a small chance of remembering more, but not much. The records of her schools and even the government barely had anything and history eventually forgot that she was there. She was a ghost, ever present, but never noticed or seen.

However, the mark is black, and you only get your mark when you turn 14. When the moment happens, the mark begins to glow and from then on is their hair color. However the soulmate thing won't pop up in the story for a while because people tend to ignore it. It is a thing you only talk about with people close to you. For example, she can make a second turn into a minute for only her. While everyone and everything is frozen, she can move freely. After the minute is over, everything turns back to normal. There is a price for using her quirk: the amount of time that was sped up or slowed down will happen again later, although in the opposite way. Say, if she slowed down a second to become a minute, later in the day time will speed up and a minute becomes a second. Y/N cannot yet control when this happens, and she can't speed or slow too much of time a day (unless her quirk is out control).
