Toshiro Miyamoto awakens to find his world gone, every person he had ever loved and cared for was dead and he was now an Ankou, a protector of the souls of the dead and guardian of Death's realm. Can he find out the mystery behind the stranger which brought upon the end of his world or will he fall victim to the onslaught of dark creatures of the void which hunger for the very souls that he has sworn to protect.
