The only thing Lotus ever wanted since her fathers death was to be left alone. But like every single day of her life, even with her father around, she never got what she wanted. All because of catching the bad boy doing something he shouldn't have. Days and more days go by until she finally learns the truth about her father. She is under the suspicion that her father may have left her clues. Clues to help her find out how he died, clues that will help her know what he really is. But yet, Laurent and other things get in the way of that. Things that is hard for her to avoid no matter what she does. Things that are stopping her from learning the truth about everything.
