If you saw them, you'd think they would have already married... Though, taken from the tragic tales of high school love... There is a reason it's called first love only. It is the first, but not the last. They split apart. He was 16 at the time. He couldn't eat properly for days. Cried endlessly for someone he lost. Though what was he crying for? Nothing stays still. Time is linear, It will always move forwards. He just about turned 18. Studying in college, Met someone new, and has a supportive friend... Is the clown the fool of the story, or are you? After all, the clown knows it's an act, but the audience is so lost in it that they tend to forget. Alfred had lived a long life. He'd learned a lot in it. That England was easy to gaslight if you knew what you were doing. France would back away from any show of force. Germany could ignore a bumbling idiot even as the evidence piled up just because he wasn't very good with people. Poland saw everything and read people like a book. Prussia would keep his mouth shut if you gave him enough liquor or made him obedient. Russia would turn a blind eye if you turned one to him. China never trusted anyone even if there was evidence of the contrary.
