Wasteland and Revolution

The year is 2096, 85 years have passed since the Zypher (Z) virus was created. In the year 2011, aspiring veterinarian researchers thought they had finally found a ground breaking discovery, they thought they had found a reverse for rabbis in animals. Only they were far from finding a cure.....and closer to the down fall of humanity.

Soon the test subjects began turning feral and acting strange. They began deteriorating in the mind and flesh. The subjects only got worse and worse, and started attacking their handlers. After weeks of observation, the animals began to mutate and beyond interacting with. 

The researchers didn't want to kill off the animals because they wanted to find a way to fix this new disease that was afflicting the animals. Six years had passed and the virus had changed in the worst kind of way. Infected humans were every where. Due to the escaped subjects, two dogs, the virus was transferred through their saliva to seven different people before they were gunned down by local police.

Soon the affected humans started showing signs of memory loss, nausea, and bleeding out of the eyes and finally madness. Much like the animal test subject. and within a week of being hospitalized and not closely watched, the affected humans started the final process and fully deteriorated in their minds and weren't to be reasoned with and attacked. 

Soon the seven infected jumped to 24, and 24 sky rocketed to 150 in the matter of 48 hours. Soon the entire world was nothing but a wasteland. This is Ever's story. The truth behind the wasteland, and her struggle for her and her family to survive from day to day. But what will come out of catching the wrong eye? War? Death?
