This is a branch off of Ihittherandombutton's story in Megan's point of view, so I suggest reading his story, MWD first. Some of the same events will take place, some will be different.
Megan isn't an ordinary soldier. She is the first women ever to be in the US Special Recon, and she's deployed to the border of Syria and Iraq to battle ISIS. Their mission is completely classified. They scout out enemy camps and activity, destroy their equipment, and play the most intense game of Cat and Mouse, all behind enemy lines. Don't get captured, is first priority, and if you do, get un-captured. You must tell the enemy nothing. Megan is fine with all that- excited actually. She is basically a test though, to see if women are actually fit for the Special Forces, and that is the biggest of her problems, if she's not good enough. If not... Then she looses everything. Her friends, her career, her pride. Her determination to remain in the Force will either be her salvation, or her ruin.
