Harmony Fischer's life is falling apart. She has no mother, her sister Melody is away at college, Tyler (her twin brother) just goes out to party every night, no boyfriend, and her father has a new, high-maintenance girlfriend who seems to always take him from Harmony, keeping Harmony stuck in the middle of a wormhole. Nothing seems to be going right for her. But what if just one person could fix it all?

During the summer, Harmony meets Pearen Cole, a boy from Florida, a state completely south from hers. He seems a bit odd and shy, something she wasn't very used to. After becoming a co-worker of his at a local music store, she discovers more of him than meets the eye.

Her life begins to unfold before her eyes, filling in the blank pages. Will she be able to find 'it' again?

"I walked over to where Aaron was sitting on the ground, kneeling so that I was face-to-face with him. He was wearing a blank expression on his face so I guess he didn't really care if I kissed him or not. I took in a deep breath before taking his face in both of my hands and swooping down to kiss him. At first, I was so nervous I didn't realize that we were already kissing but after a few moments, I realized how soft his lips felt on my own. Before I can register it I felt him moving against me. I would have gotten off of him but I realize that he wasn't moving to get away from me. No, He was moving his lips against mine." °°°°° Aiden Moore isn't extraordinary. He has average looks, he is OK with sports, and his only strong point is that he is smart (although that doesn't mean much to his fellow classmates). And, of course, his virgin ass has never had a girlfriend, let alone a crush. It seemed as if he would never find someone. That was until he met her, Scarlett Hale. She was the most beautiful girl you will ever meet. Kind, sweet, and one of the few people with a higher GPA then him, she was amazing and Aiden imagined that she would be all his. Once Aiden gets rid of her boyfriend, Aaron Tyler. The most annoying guy you will ever meet, Aiden gags just thinking about him. The man is smoking hot and makes Aiden's dreams of getting the girl to seem very impossible. So what would happen if Aiden gets involved with the wrong person? Will Aiden get the girl? Will he fall short? Or will he fall into the arms of a guy who is in love with the girl he loves? _______________________________________ WARNING: First book EVER! Best Kept Promise (Best Kept #2)

51 parts Complete

"I should've been your protection." * * * It's starts with a wedding. Tyler's band is playing at the wedding of Maggie's sister. The blue haired boy catches Maggie's attention quicker than she can blink. Tyler had no intentions on letting Maggie slip through his fingers. Maggie, an aspiring photographer, just finished her first year of college and wants to spend her summer having a bit of fun rather than be stuck in her dad's law office. First on her list: finding an apartment so she can finally move out. Tyler, bassist of the band Reset Space, is nothing short of charismatic and has an exciting personality to match. Oh, and he's crushing on the girl in apartment 2F. Tyler and Maggie's first meeting was on top of the list of things that went better than expected. Their next meeting doesn't even make that list. It takes banging on Tyler's door at four in the morning for them to meet again and Maggie isn't happy. But Tyler only greets a livid Maggie with a smile and the promise to turn the music down. Who knew it was the only way to get her attention? * * * This is a spin-off of Best Kept Secret, but you DO NOT need to read that book before this one. This book is New Adult. There will be strong language and minor sexual content. Don't read if you're not comfortable. This is NOT a good girl/bad boy story. Enjoy!
