Discrimination has been an issue throughout history. It is human nature to hate that which it does not understand. In a world similar to Earth, magic ran free. Magi and non-magi lived together harmoniously. Of course, people asked questions about their magical neighbors. When those questions were answered, an uproar occurred.

This book is set a few hundred years after that uproar, in a time period similar to Earth's 1800's. Long buried secrets will be revealed. Hearts will be won and broken. Human nature doesn't change.
