Two friend groups meet. Two boys become great friends, yet One boy falls for the other one. The feared disease Hanahaki Disease claims the boy who fallen. Stuck with his rose petals and blood, the other boy learns his past, and find out his secrets? Will the other boy return the Hanahaki boy's feelings? Or will the Hanahaki Boy past away as his lungs fill with his abused rose petals?
