In the great manor on the top of the hill in Bly  Hollow, Britain,  a party was hosted. One of the biggest holidays on the vampire calendar, the Moon Festival, a family of Pure Blood Vampires hosted the grand party. The daughter of the head of the household ran away to meet a human she had been seeing for a while. The two got married and had a kid. 
Now, the death of his mother brings a new woman and her daughter into his father's life.
