The Royal Family of The Kingdom of Celestia has always waited for the day when the "Divine Bell" will Ring.

When the two twins that was the founder of the Celestia Kingdom died, their last words were:

"When the Divine Bell Rung its first song, Two Twins would be born on the Royal family and that Twins would possess Huge Amount of Strength that Could Rival our Strength."

But when the Divine Bell Rung its First Song, It wasn't Twins but a Single baby.

The Royal Family were confused about this and started thinking that it was probably a false alarm.
