Faith has the literal definition of a perfect life. She has perfect parents, perfect friends, a perfect house, perfect everything, until she notices a strange boy in the woods that seems to be following her.  After that, Faith's life seems to break apart. An F5 tornado charges through the city in which she lives, destroying everything in sight, killing anyone and everyone that stands in its way, including Faith's friends and family.  When Faith realizes that everything she ever loved is gone, she starts to lose hope for herself.
