"I used to laugh at the idea of a king and queen, a ruler I might say. " *This is not fan fiction of the Legend series. It is a story that I created* The story takes place in futuristic modern-day society where all stories from Disney to other not well-known stories are true. However, these stories are written down by Crowns. Crown travel to this unknown reality world, Keya, where all the stories are created. The Crowns are rulers of Keya, they get to control when the stories happen and who gets to go. What I mean by who gets to go is on May 22 of each year characters line up to get teleported into their stories and a Crown will follow them to record what happens. The character gets to decide what happens in the story and the Crowns just place them at the start of the storyline and record what happens (if that makes any sense). One person from the regular world every 22 may is brought to Keya and they get to create/experience their own story. For about 8 years the world of Keya has been silent and only the books are there to remind reality that there is actually a world where swords are drawn to battle for a Crown. People forget about these stories and the title of Fiction is placed above book store shelves. Only a few keep the hope and spirit of Keya Crowns - Crowns rule Keya together, Like many queens and kings. Their blood is what allows them the power to rule. All the characters in Keya see crowns as Kings and Queens.
