"I'll break your heart Weasley," I muse to the ginger-headed boy in front of me. My voice coming out playful but words holding seriousness. I finish wrapping his wrist with my wand, my heart clenching as I look down at it.  

You'll only keep hurting him, Millie.

I could quite literally break his heart with a snap of my fingers, he knows that. They're getting stronger, I can't stop it.

"Maybe I'll break yours," George jokes back trying to lighten the mood, his words meaning differently than mine. Both of us knowingly avoiding the incident that had just occurred. He runs his finger over the bandage, wincing slightly but tries to play it off by crossing his arms over his chest. 

He could break my heart, that's the problem.

A scoff leaves my lips as I roll my eyes,  not believing one word that I utter. Judging from George's face when I said them, he didn't believe it either.

Tears fell out of her bright baby blue eyes. She didn't even care her makeup was smearing. "I thought you'd changed" she choked through her latest sob . Draco stood before her, eyes clenched shut.
