Calla Shadowhex is a young, budding Shadowhunter.

But a turn of events leads to the conclusion that she has been targeted by an unknown enemy, and she is relocated from the Shadowhunter Institute in Austin, Texas, to the New York Institute where she is placed under the sharp eyes (could they be called eyes, or sense?) of the Silent Brothers.
