Getting shoved into a floating sky kingdom full of supernatural psychos was not on Alina Stormpaw's bucket list. But humans signed some "obey or die slowly" contract, so now every magical kid gets dumped in Etharia whether they like it or not. Most students teleport or ride glitchy flying cars to school. Alina? She flew her own damn wings up there. Because rules can kiss her ass. Now she's stuck in Etharia Sky Academy, surrounded by stone-skinned gargoyles, fiery phoenix kids, attitude-soaked sirens, and enough random powers to start a magical apocalypse. And then there's Lucas Moorea. Shadow wolf. Golden boy. Walking ego problem with fangs. He thinks he owns the school. She thinks he needs to be drop-kicked off the nearest cloud. Too bad fate (and their equally sharp teeth) won't let them ignore each other. She can see through his shadows. He can't poison her no matter how hard fate tries. They're the same size in beast form, the same level of dangerous, and absolutely the same level of stubborn. Etharia might be ready for war. But it sure as hell isn't ready for them. ------------------
