If I Could Paint Our Love

[completed] The twenty-four-year-old Vanessa White has a routine in her life in Los Angeles, California. Vanessa wants to be a painter full-time, but she's an art curator at the Museum of Modern Art. On the weekends, she's out with her friends and has multiple rendezvous. Vanessa doesn't do relationships at all. For a while now, she hasn't been until she got more than what she bargained for.

Vanessa then finds herself in a dilemma due to her disappointment. She never finds men who want what she wants at the same time-just sex. No commitment. No strings attached. She wants these things because she's used to getting let down in relationships.

Twenty-five-year-old Tommy Martinez is a successful sculptor who is an old friend from college. He's tired of feeling bad that he doesn't want something more. He just wants to focus on his art. They had a friends-with-benefits relationship back then, which happened to end smoothly. The two find themselves rekindling the relationship that they used to have while discovering themselves as artists.
