Wander follows the life of 18 year old Chiara Smithers and her troubled life as she wants to get away from her controlling mom. She didn't really know her dad and it was always just "the girls". 

She can't take life the way it is now and decides to take off; allowing her feet to lead her. She's unpredictable, unprepared and uneasy. Who knows where she'll end up going?
 
Rose and Romeo Bianchi are met along the way but how do they affect her.
