H.A.V.O.C. (Severus Snape x OC)

There are many things in this world that Violet Black and Severus Snape do not agree upon. However, they both agree that life is hardly ever kind or fair. They were friends throughout their years at Hogwarts. Violet always knew that Severus cared for Lily fiercely, but she also knew that he was quick tempered and was often cornered by Potter and his friends. Like a wounded animal, he lashed out. Lily never forgave him, which Violet thought was rather cruel considering how James and Sirius treated Severus. Violet stayed a true friend to Severus even though her friends and brother gave her hell about it.

Years later, Severus joined Voldemort's side and they grew apart. The Potters were murdered. Sirius was sent to Azkaban. Harry Potter was sent to live with his aunt and uncle, much to Violet's distain. Violet was left alone in her career as a physician at St. Mungo's and working for the Ministry in secret along with 4 others.

Now it is the year of 1994, and Violet receives a request from Albus Dumbledore, who Violet refused to speak to after he sent Harry away. Where will this request take her? What will she do when she finally faces Severus again for the first time in over a decade?
