The Forest
Ernwood Forest is home to people living hidden from the prying eyes of humans; the Winged and their tribes. These people stand no taller than a few centimetres off the ground, meaning that things can sometimes get a little difficult... especially when humans are involved. But life isn't all bad. For the first time ever, Azure and the tribes have a human of their own protecting them from the sinister forces beyond the edge of the trees. As the months of winter roll in, nights are growing longer and snow has settled on the leafless branches. The forest is still. The only humans anyone expects to see are the few that know of the tiny people's existence. But the tribes are not alone in the forest anymore. The abductions begin. The past awakens. And a long forgotten shadow falls over the forest. Azure and the others once again find themselves having to fight to prevent their family from being ripped apart- only this time, things are different. The Children of Destiny

Evander, a young boy who was supposedly kicked out of his tribe and raised by flying snake-tailed lions basically his entire life, finds out that he and another kid are part of a very important prophecy that could stop the big war that's going on. Before he does anything, however, he has to find the other child of the prophecy before anyone else does to fulfill the prophecy. Will the perilous journey through tribe territory get him killed because of his so-called "dangerous" abilities or will he survive long enough to see the war finally come to an end as he's always hoped it would?
