Kageyama finds out that Hinata cheated on him with Kenma. He experiences his first ever heartbreak. He finds out through Noya and Tanaka sending photos on Karasuno's groupchat. Hinata starts to lie and says it was Kageyama's fault for being to possessive and not showing enough affection etc. 

Everyone is toxic towards Kageyama and starts bullying him. (Everyone except Tsukishima). Tsukishima conforts the King and hears his side of the story. Soon enough Hinata is exposed for his toxic behaviour.
