Akiko Shiro is a simple girl who was born quirkless. Akiko and Izuku Midoriya used to be very close friends back in elementary and stood close up to their final year in middle school and Akiko had to move somewhere else. After they graduated they split ways, they went to separate high schools and they didn't know what high school the other was going to go to.
The time apart from Izuku, her quirk started to finally develop. She was an EXTREMELY late bloomer, its very rare for something like that to happen especially so late in age when it normally starts to develop in elementary, like everyone around her.
They didn't see each other for another year until Akiko moved back into the neighborhood. Akiko decided to get into U.A for her second year. Little did she know Izuku was going to be there, and Bakugou.
Katsuki Bakugou also went to the same Elementary and middle school as both of the "nerds" in his words. What happens when her childhood bully begins to cause butterflies in her stomach and she start to feel something... more for him?

Eiko Chihara and Izuku Midoriya had been inseparable as kids, bonded by their shared dream of becoming heroes together one day. But everything changed when Eiko's father, a beloved Pro Hero, was killed in a villain attack before her first year in junior high. Katsuki had been giving Izuku money and gifts since part way through Middle School in exchange for the green-haired boy to stay away from Katsuki, but eventually, it slowly changed to be deals that if Katsuki gives Izuku money, he had to do XYZ. Essentially, Izuku walks up to Katsuki and asks him about some merch he wanted and Katsuki gave him the money for it in exchange for him to do various things like triple check his homework, go to bed at a reasonable hour, stop eating unhealthy food for X amount of days, etc. This didn't change when they entered UA, the two used to being subtle about this unique aspect of their relationship. HIATUS What if Izuku Midoryia never met All Might, Never gained One For All, Never made it into UA, Lost hope to become a hero, even worse (in his opinion) lost all contact with his childhood tormentor/Crush 'Katsuki Bakugou'? What if Inko died, And aizawa found Izuku and took him in? Izuku grew up being bullied for wanting to be a hero, Why? Well because he's quirkless, which means he has no power at all and that makes the strong believe it's fun to bully him. Finally it's the end of Middle school Izuku is no longer left out and makes friends... Not the right ones though. He decided not to apply to his childhood dream school 'UA', so when his mother 'Inko Midoryia' told him they were moving to a town a little further away he was fine with it. At his new school believe it or not he was one of the strongest kids there, it was a school for only quirkless kids of course. He started working out and got a lot stronger, he would sometimes sneak out with his friends and workout out with them. As said before his friends wasn't the nice bubbly kids you think he would have, in fact their not even close. Izuku changed from middle school and started drinking and smoking, he also tended to get in fights with random people for looking at him wrong. Clearly different from when he was growing up.
