Itsuko Tarin is not Brave. She isn't strong enough.

Life for Itsuko has always been rather full of miscellaneous events thrown at her. Some tragic, and sorrowful. She tries to smile through it regardless.

Tarin tries her best to escape the bad hand of cards she is usually dealt at random these days, but this time her set is unexpectedly interesting.

Tarin is tasked with becoming a Demon slayer, after completing final selection. She meets some people along the way on her trip. Can she manage? Can she be brave?

Will she be allowed to heal from her past wounds that have barely closed up?
