I craved acceptance, approval, and love for most of my life. There was a time when I dreamed someone or something out there would take me away. All I needed to do was wait. It's time to wake up and stop dreaming. Be rational, I tell myself. Wishing on stars will only get you so far in this life. That was a brief time before him, before any of them. Task Force 141 changed my life; I'm unsure if it's for better or worse.
