Samuel Jones has been in love with Penny Morris for a while now, but he can't seem to confess to her, thinking he'll end up being rejected.
Things get difficult when Ben Hooper comes to Pontypandy working as a coastguard and starts going for Penny's attention. Will Sam have the courage to tell her how he feels or will he end up living in regret?
