Ash Ketchum returns home with Pikachu and the Commander from Galar after being the runner up in the Masters 8 of the World Coronation series. There, Ash will be confronted by his former traveling companions and rivals to give up on his dreams. Despite being betrayed by many of them, Ash's remaining friends and rivals stand up for him.
